General
Our core operating area is Ughelli, Warri, Effurun and Sapele in Delta State, with regular routes to Asaba, Benin City and Port Harcourt. We deliver nationwide on request — just ask for a quote for your route.
Same-day and express bookings are typically collected within 60 minutes inside our core operating areas. Standard bookings are collected within 4 working hours. You'll choose your preferred pickup window when booking.
Yes — you'll need a free account before checkout. It takes about a minute, and it means you get saved addresses, downloadable receipts, full delivery history and faster rebooking next time. You can see pricing without an account via the instant quote tool.
Yes. Enter the number of items when booking and we'll price them accordingly. If your items are bulky, heavy or need different handling, tell us in the notes and we'll advise on the right vehicle.
Medical Logistics
We use validated insulated cold boxes with digital temperature logging for the whole journey. Routes are planned to minimise transit time, we avoid unnecessary intermediate transfers, and we can supply the temperature log with your delivery documentation on request.
Yes. Our cold-chain service handles vaccines, insulin, biologics and other 2°C–8°C products. We recommend booking with the cold-chain option selected so the right container and handling are assigned automatically.
Specimens travel in leak-proof, biohazard-compliant packaging with a timestamped chain-of-custody record covering every handover. Delivery is made directly to the receiving laboratory against a signature — we never drop samples at a reception desk unattended.
We handle scheduled medicines only where the sender holds the appropriate licence and the consignment is accompanied by the required documentation. We may decline any consignment that cannot demonstrate legal authority to transport.
Medical consignments carry an additional handling fee because of the compliance, packaging and monitoring involved. Base medical rates start at ₦3,500, with cold-chain surcharges where temperature control is required.
Pricing & Payment
Price is based on the base rate for the service type, weight above the included allowance, distance beyond the free radius, plus any handling fees for fragile, cold-chain or medical items. Delivery speed and priority apply multipliers. You'll always see a full breakdown before you pay.
We accept card payments, bank transfer and USSD through Paystack, all processed securely online. Corporate accounts can request invoicing with agreed credit terms. We don't accept cash on delivery by default.
No. The quote you see at booking is the amount you pay, and a full breakdown is shown before checkout. The only additions would be charges you explicitly approve later, such as a re-delivery attempt caused by an incorrect address.
Yes. Businesses with recurring or high-volume requirements get volume pricing and can apply for invoiced credit terms. Contact us with your monthly volume and we'll prepare a proposal.
Tracking & Delivery
Every shipment gets a tracking number (starting FLG- for general or FML- for medical) at booking. Enter it on the Track page — no login required — to see live status, checkpoint history and your rider's details.
We'll contact the recipient and you. One re-delivery attempt within the same city is free. Further attempts are charged at the standard rate for the route. If the delivery ultimately fails, the item is returned to you or held pending your instruction.
You receive a notification the moment it's delivered, and the tracking page shows a photo of the delivered item with the recipient's name and the delivery timestamp.
It means the rider reached the delivery location but couldn't complete the handover — usually because the recipient was unavailable, the address was incorrect, or the recipient refused the item. We'll contact you immediately to arrange the next step.
Riders & Partners
Register on the Become a Rider page, upload your passport photograph, ID and vehicle documents, and provide your bank details for payouts. Our operations team verifies everything — usually within 24 hours — then you can switch yourself available and start accepting jobs.
Riders earn 70% of the delivery fee by default, and this can be adjusted for high-performing or specialised riders. Your commission for each job is shown on the job detail page before you accept it.
Earnings accrue automatically as you complete deliveries. Our finance team processes payouts weekly to the bank account on your profile. You can see your available balance, pending earnings and payout history in your rider dashboard at any time.
We accept motorcycles, tricycles (keke), cars, vans, trucks, cold-chain vans and medical vehicles. Your vehicle type determines which jobs you'll be offered, so keep it accurate in your profile.
